Our pizzas are made with a bespoke flour blend of Type 0, Type 1 and Prima Macina.

Prima Macina comes from the first breaking of the wheat grain, where flavour and nutrients are still naturally present, resulting in a more complex and expressive dough.

Our philosophy revolves around the seasons: spring, summer, fall, and winter. We use the freshest seasonal ingredients, sourced from Italy and trusted UK farmers. Each dish embraces what nature offers at each moment, highlighting the best of the season’s harvest.

Everything that arrives at your table is made by us. We prepare and transform everything in-house.
